01 — The Idea

One feeling. Everything built from it.

"Delicious confidence."

The one feeling LAVORA must deliver, every time.

Exceptional taste, first. Complete trust in what's inside, second. The functional coffee category makes people choose between the two — a product that works but doesn't taste good, or a product that tastes good but does nothing for you.

LAVORA is both, without compromise. People come for the benefits. They stay because they genuinely love the ritual.

LAVORA doesn't create a new habit. It upgrades one of the strongest habits people already have — their morning coffee. No new step. No new routine. The same ritual, working harder for them.

02 — The Origin

Two Brazilians. One gap.

Carol · Co-Founder · Nutritionist

She saw the market

Brazil has a mature culture of functional, science-backed, well-branded healthy products. The Gulf doesn't — not yet. Carol moved to the region in 2018 and saw the gap immediately. Bringing that standard here, into the region's coffee culture, is the starting point for educating people to choose better.

Gabi · Co-Founder · Wellness Coach

She refused to compromise

Coffee-addicted, every morning, non-negotiable. But black coffee on an empty stomach spikes cortisol. Gabi didn't want to give up the ritual to be healthier — she wanted the ritual to already be the healthy choice. LAVORA is that fix.

"Carol saw what the market was missing. Gabi refused to compromise on her own ritual. LAVORA is where those two collided."

Two Brazilians in Dubai — building what the GCC doesn't have yet, using the habit the GCC already loves.

03 — Positioning

The warm middle.

LAVORA sits between functional wellness, lifestyle, and coffee culture. That intersection is where no GCC brand currently lives.

LAVORA is
✓  Premium but accessible
✓  Science-backed but simple
✓  Aspirational but relatable
✓  High-performance but human
✓  Lifestyle-driven, not sports-driven
✓  Warm, not sterile
LAVORA is NOT
✗  A bodybuilding supplement
✗  A female beauty product
✗  A luxury-only Dubai brand
✗  A complicated biohacking product
✗  A normal coffee brand
✗  A locker room. A clinic.

"Not a locker room. Not a clinic. A kitchen counter."

04 — Who It's For

Four people. One product.

One shared behavior: an existing coffee ritual, upgraded rather than replaced.

Persona 01
The Everyday Hero
"Before you give your energy to everyone else, fuel yourself."

The mother. She wakes up before everyone. She manages the home, the family, the schedule. She takes care of everyone — but LAVORA is her moment before the day begins. She is the most loyal customer in the building. She buys it weekly, shares it with her friends, and posts it when it makes her morning better.

Persona 02
The High Performer
"Your performance starts before your first meeting."

The entrepreneur, the executive, the professional. Long days, real pressure, and decisions that matter. LAVORA becomes their daily performance tool — not because they read the ingredient list, but because it tastes great and they feel the difference.

Persona 03
The Modern Ambitious Woman
"Show up as your best self."

Career, family, fitness, self-growth — all at once. She wants to look after herself while building the life she wants. She's somewhere between Jessica Alba, Gisele Bündchen, and Jennifer Aniston: confident, balanced, naturally healthy, effortlessly stylish, focused on feeling her best rather than chasing perfection.

Persona 04
The Active Lifestyle Customer
"Better habits create better humans."

Gym, sports, movement, health. Not only athletes — anyone who wants to improve their daily habits and understands that consistency beats perfection. LAVORA sits in their gym bag next to their water bottle and AirPods.

05 — Brand Voice

Two layers. One brand.

Brand Voice

Smart. Clean. Inspiring.

Confident without shouting. This lives on packaging, the website, and core communication. It builds trust.

"Your coffee, upgraded."

Founder Voice

Real. Fun. Disruptive.

Gabi and Carol speaking as themselves — social content, founder campaigns, personality-led moments. It builds connection.

"What the f*** is matcha?"
"Make coffee great again."
"Don't talk to me, I haven't had my Lavora yet."

The brand voice builds trust. The founder voice builds connection. Neither replaces the other.

06 — Aesthetic Direction

Warm. Premium. Human.

Visually, LAVORA does not want the sterile minimalism that dominates many GCC wellness brands. Minimal packaging often makes products look overly clinical and interchangeable.

Instead, LAVORA feels warm, modern, and elevated. Soft nude tones, warm neutrals, creamy textures, subtle accent colors, and packaging people genuinely enjoy leaving on their kitchen counter.

✓  Real morning light — golden, soft
✓  Human hands, real skin
✓  Kitchen counters, gym bags, office desks
✓  Editorial but human photography
✓  Generous breathing space
Visual DON'T

✗  Neon or loud gym aesthetic
✗  Stock photography
✗  Fitness models posing with product
✗  Penthouse-only luxury aesthetics
✗  Anything that looks like a pharmacy
✗  Dark moody exclusive vibes
07 — Brand References

What to study. Why.

Study this

Apple

The discipline of one product, presented properly. Packaging as an experience. Simplicity without the cold tech look. Never a single feature in the copy — only the feeling.

Study this

Alo Yoga

Wellness as lifestyle and community, not clinical instruction. Every image makes you want to be in it. Consistent warm grid. Consistent premium feel across every touchpoint.

Study this

Gymshark

Movement and belonging without needing to be loud. Founder-led, community-first. Proof that a brand can be energetic and aspirational without being aggressive.

Study this

Rhode

Daily ritual and founder storytelling as the emotional core. Hailey Bieber is genuinely part of the product — not a logo on the side. That's the template for Gabi and Carol.

Study this

AG1 / Mud\WTR / Ryze

Proof that a functional daily powder can be premium, credible, and genuinely enjoyable — not just endured. The functional ritual category done at its best.

Reference only

Caffeine Army (BR)

The category proof from Brazil. LAVORA should be more premium, more feminine-neutral, more lifestyle-driven, more trusted through science. Study it to understand the gap to close.

08 — Message Territories

Three hypotheses. One system.

The design system must flex across all three without redesign. These are tested, not chosen by instinct.

Territory A — Energy

Energy without the crash.

Sustained lift. No spike. No jitters. The energy to show up fully — for your family, your career, your goals, yourself. Wake up ready.

Territory B — Focus

Focus for real life.

Mental clarity for work, home, and everything between — not just the boardroom. A clear mind for a demanding world. Better mornings, better decisions, better performance.

Territory C — Ritual

A ritual worth keeping.

Healthy doesn't mean giving up what you already love about your morning coffee. People come for the benefits. They stay because they love the ritual. Your coffee, upgraded.

09 — Pricing

The number that anchors everything.

AED 299
Per tub · 30 servings · 30-day supply
AED 9.97 per serving — less than any café in Dubai
Tub — Hero Format

AED 299

30 servings. Cylindrical. Matte finish. BPA-free. Scoop included. Arabic + English label. Cappuccino at launch.

Sachet Box — On-the-Go

AED 99–129

15 individual sachets. Premium gift-ready box. Travel, gym bag, hospitality, gifting. Entry point for new customers.

Final price confirmed pending supplier cost data. AED 299 is the ceiling — work backwards from COGS to confirm margin. Target: ≥70% gross margin.

10 — The Rules

Non-negotiables. For everyone.

1

Name status

"LAVORA" is our working name, pending trademark and domain availability checks across target markets. Nothing is finalized publicly under this name until clearance is confirmed.

2

No health claims

Nothing treats, cures, or prevents a condition. Copy stays within GCC regulatory limits — flag anything borderline before production.

3

Bilingual parity

Arabic and English are designed together, never sequentially. Arabic is not an afterthought or a translation — it is part of the design from day one.

4

Halal by standard

Stated with quiet confidence. Never as a marketing gimmick. It is a baseline expectation for this market, not a differentiator to be shouted.

5

Clean all the way through

No chemicals, no toxins, no fillers in the formula. No harmful materials in the packaging. BPA-free. Food-grade certified. Water-based inks. Every layer of LAVORA is as clean as the product inside it.

6

Two founders, both represented

Gabi and Carol are co-founders. Both appear in founder-voice content. Neither is the brand's sole identity. Different lanes, equal weight.

11 — Designer Deliverables

The four things we need.

1

The mark

A wordmark that carries equal weight in Latin and Arabic script. Designed together, never translated after the fact. Must work from 16px favicon to billboard. Minimum 3 concepts.

2

The system

Color, type, photography direction, layout logic. Warm and premium, with enough structure to carry a future product line (Focus, Flow, Daily) without redesign. Must flex across three message territories.

3

The pack

Tub (30 servings, matte finish, bilingual label, scoop) and Sachet Box (15 units, gift-ready). Beautiful enough for a kitchen counter. Clear enough to read at arm's length. Food-safe materials only.

4

The surfaces

Landing page art direction and social template set — including space for founder-voice content alongside core brand content. Instagram grid (9 posts) + Story template.

12 — What Success Looks Like

The only test that matters.

"Place the pack on a kitchen counter next to a water bottle and a planner. On a gym bag. On an office desk. If it looks like it already belongs to someone's actual morning — in Dubai, Riyadh, or anywhere in between — we're done."

If it only works in a penthouse — it's too cold. Start again.

If it only works in a gym — it's too loud. Start again.

If it works in both a busy mother's kitchen and an executive's office — it's on target.

13 — Mission & Vision

Why we exist. Where we're going.

Mission

To elevate everyday nutrition through functional foods that fit naturally into modern life.

Vision

To become the world's most trusted functional food company for everyday performance and long-term wellbeing.

"We don't make supplements. We reinvent everyday food."

The manifesto line. Website hero. Investor room. Everything.

Brand Purpose: Making everyday nutrition smarter, one ritual at a time.

14 — Brand Pillars

Five foundations. Every decision tested against them.

Taste First

If it doesn't taste exceptional, it doesn't belong. People come for the benefits. They stay because they love the ritual.

Function by Design

Every ingredient has a purpose. Nothing added without reason. Every element earns its place.

Everyday Rituals

Products designed for moments people already have every day. Better mornings. Better routines. Better days.

Science Without Complexity

Evidence-based nutrition made simple and enjoyable. The science is real. The experience never feels like homework.

Modern Living

Minimal, premium, and effortless. LAVORA fits into real life — not a wellness routine that requires a lifestyle overhaul.

Longevity

Small rituals. Long-term impact. Build habits that support a healthier future — without making it feel like medicine.

15 — Messaging Pillars

Four territories. All content lives in one of them.

Pillar 1 — Everyday Rituals

We don't sell products. We improve daily habits.

Better mornings. Better routines. Better days. The ritual is the product.

Pillar 2 — Functional Food

Not supplements. Real ingredients with purpose.

Every ingredient earns its place. Delicious first. Functional by design. Nutrition should fit naturally into everyday life.

Pillar 3 — Performance Without Extremes

Not bodybuilding. Not biohacking. Not hustle culture.

Feel better. Think clearer. Perform consistently. Performance is for everyone — not just athletes.

Pillar 4 — Longevity

Small rituals. Long-term impact.

Build habits that support a healthier future. Never clinical, never preachy. Never say "we extend lifespan."

16 — Brand Voice in Action

Curious. Bold. Human. Slightly provocative.

Not loud. Not influencer-style. More like someone who knows the science but still has fun.

Voice Examples — Use these as the standard
"Coffee shouldn't leave you crashing by 10 AM."
"If your coffee needs three sugars, it isn't the coffee."
"We spent decades upgrading phones. Why are we still drinking 1980s coffee?"
"Your morning ritual deserves an upgrade."
"Stop surviving on caffeine. Start performing."
