Who is LAVORA?

LAVORA is a premium functional coffee brand launching in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We sell functional coffee — one product, done perfectly. Our packaging must feel premium, clean, and lifestyle-driven. Think: something a customer would be proud to leave on their kitchen counter.

01 — What We Need

We need quotes for two packaging formats at launch. Please provide pricing, MOQ, lead time, and samples for both.

Format 01 — Hero Product

Cylindrical Paper Canister (Tub)

The main product. Sits on a kitchen counter. Must feel premium.

Format 02 — Entry Product

Sachet Box + Individual Stick Packs

A premium box containing 15 individual single-serve stick packs. Giftable and portable.

02 — Colour & Finish Direction

Our brand palette is warm earth tones. The packaging must feel warm and premium — not clinical, not loud, not white and sterile.

Primary colour: warm cream / off-white (#FAF8F5 or similar)
Secondary colour: warm camel / tan (#E8DDD0 or similar)
Text colour: deep warm brown / near-black (#1A1814)
Accent: warm gold (#A07840 or similar) — for logo or detail only
No neon, no bright white, no clinical aesthetic
Matte finish only — no gloss

03 — Print Requirements

Arabic and English text must appear together on all surfaces — not sequentially
Please confirm your facility can correctly typeset and print Arabic script (RTL)
Minimum font size for label text: 8pt or as required by GCC regulations
Water-based or soy-based inks only — please confirm
Artwork will be provided in .AI format with bleed and safe margins marked
Digital proof required before production · Physical colour proof preferred
Batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date must be printable on-pack
EAN-13 barcode space required on all formats

⚠️ Safety & Chemical Requirements — Non-Negotiable

LAVORA is a food product. Our packaging comes into direct contact with functional coffee powder. We will reject any supplier who cannot confirm all of the following in writing.

BPA-free — written declaration required for every component (body, lid, inner lining, scoop, stick pack)
No phthalates — confirm absence in all inks, adhesives, and laminates
No heavy metals — lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium — test report required for all printed and metallic layers
No harmful solvent residues — food-grade adhesives only, with declaration of type and compliance
Water-based or soy-based inks only — no solvent-based inks anywhere on food-contact or near-contact surfaces
No migration risk — overall and specific migration test reports required, confirming no harmful substances transfer into food
Food-grade inner lining — aluminum or PE barrier must be certified food-safe. No recycled content on inner contact layer.
Food-grade scoop — material declaration required. Virgin food-grade plastic only. No recycled or unknown materials.
No formaldehyde — confirm absence in any adhesive or binding agent used in the composite paperboard construction
REACH compliant — for any components exported to or tested against EU standards

Clear statement: We are aware that some Chinese manufacturers use substandard inks, adhesives, or inner linings that do not meet food-contact standards. Any supplier who cannot provide the certificates above will not be approved. We will test samples independently before placing a production order. If samples fail, the order will be cancelled.

Lead time — from artwork approval to delivery, in weeks

Physical samples — plain (unprinted) samples of both formats before we commit

Certificate list — confirm which certificates from Section 04 you can provide

Arabic print confirmation — confirm your facility can correctly print Arabic script
